Good social skills entail having a good listening ear and well-developed communication skills. Learn when to listen and when to talk. Take note of nonverbal cues.
3. Smile
Don’t be afraid to beam a smile or two. Emanate a ray of warmness. Make the person you’re talking to feel your friendly and welcoming aura.
